Fulfillment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

This Fulfillment Policy explains our process, as well as our refund and cancellation policies. By working with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Refund Policy

1. Initial Satisfaction Guarantee:
   If you are not satisfied with the initial drafts, concepts, or setups we provide (such as website designs, SEO strategies, ad campaign setups, etc.), you may request a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
2. Service-Specific Refunds:
   • Website Design Services: If you are not satisfied with the final website design after revisions, you may request a refund within 14 days of project completion. Once a website is published or transferred to your domain, refunds are no longer available.
   • Google Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing: Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis. If you discontinue these services, we will refund the unused portion of your payment based on the days remaining in the billing cycle.
3. Third-Party Costs:
   Refunds do not cover third-party costs such as hosting fees, domain registration, or advertising budgets paid directly to providers (e.g., Google Ads, Meta). These charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Long-Term Contracts:
   You may cancel any service at any time without penalty.
2. How to Cancel:
   Notify us by email at orangecountywebdesignexperts@gmail.com or through your client dashboard. Please include your account details and the services you wish to cancel.
3. Billing Cycle Considerations:
   Services remain active until the end of the billing cycle unless you request immediate cancellation. If you cancel immediately, we will issue a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of prepaid services, when applicable.
4. Impact on Campaigns:
   Cancelling services such as Google Ads or Social Media Marketing will suspend ongoing campaigns. We recommend reviewing your campaigns with us before cancellation to avoid disruption.

Exceptions and Limitations

• Custom Design Projects: Refunds may be partial for projects already in advanced stages or completed.
• Emergency or Rush Services: Refunds are not available for expedited projects due to immediate resource allocation.
• Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as domain registrations, third-party software, or costs paid to vendors on your behalf, are not refundable.

Fulfillment Process

1. Initial Consultation: We review your goals, audience, and service needs to propose tailored solutions.
2. Proposal and Agreement: We provide a written proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing for approval.
3. Kickoff Meeting: Once approved, we align on milestones and assign a project manager as your main contact.
4. Research and Discovery: We perform competitor, industry, and keyword research to inform strategy.
5. Design & Development: For web design projects, we create mockups, gather feedback, and build your site on WordPress with requested features.
6. Content Creation: For SEO, social, and ad campaigns, we produce optimized content, creatives, and copy.
7. Review & Feedback: You review drafts, provide feedback, and request revisions until satisfied (unlimited revisions for web design projects).
8. Final Delivery & Launch: Websites are migrated to your live domain or campaigns go live. We provide training, documentation, or support as needed.
9. Ongoing Support: We continue monitoring, optimizing, and supporting projects for long-term success.
